Quick Hello....

Hey everyone. Just wanted to say a quick hello and let you know that we have not fallen off of the face of the earth. Syd is 9 weeks old today and is wrapping up her first vacation. We were in Cuddebackville from Thursday until Wednesday and have been in Long Island from Wednesday getting ready to leave on Sunday. She has been her normal fantastic self. We could not have asked for a better baby to travel with.

Things made for Syd with love.....

Here are two things made for Syd with lots of love. The dress was made by my Aunt Judi. It is so beautiful and so perfect. She also made Sydney a sweater, hat, booties and a matching blanket. The painting was made by my friend Tammy. She incorporated some personal items into the background of the painting such as our wedding announcement, a note from herself to Sydney, a note that I wrote a long time ago on a girls weekend and some other misc items that related. It is Sydney's first piece of original artwork that she will have forever.

I call her Itsa Bits. Her daddy calls her moncafacci. This is his made up term for Monkey Face.

Sydney is 6 weeks and 3 days old!!

Sydney has come off of a busy weekend. Her Grammy and Papa Joe were here for a visit. She had a really good time with them.

Sydney is finding her vocal cords

Sydney is 5 weeks old today!!!

Sydney had her 1 month check up yesterday. She is weighing in at 9 lbs 10 oz and is 22 inches long. She is progressing like a champ. Hard to believe it's been 5 weeks already.

Sydney is a month (and 2 days) old ALREADY!

Sydney turned 1 month old on Sunday. Time has literally flown by. It would be interesting to calculate the endless hours spent just looking at her during the first month. She is so amazing!!! It's very exciting to watch her progress every day. She is getting stronger and stronger by the minute. What was life like before her???????? Sydney had a week of visitors

First Sydney got to meet her other Grandma and she fell in love immediately (actually they both did)

then she was introduced to her cousin Faith and her cousin Solomon.

Then she met aunt Pam and Aiden.

Next she posed for countless pictures,

Then it was time to wind down with a nice quiet (?) bath,

then, of course, she was exhausted....

What a week, she seemed to love every second of it.

Mommy and Me

Mommy and Sydney after a day at the Lazy 5 Ranch. Sydney slept through the entire thing...until the very end when she decided it was time to eat.

A Day With The Animals

We went to the "Lazy 5 Ranch" today (which you can check out for more info @ http://www.lazy5ranch.com/) and, of course, we took some pictures. Maybe more important than the pictures are the videos of the amazing day we all had together and the fun you can hear.

Picture People Pictures

We took Sydney to the Picture People today to have her pictures done. Faith and Solomon were here too so we did some with all 3 of them. Here are pixs of some of the pixs, so they may look a little odd. Sydney was amazing and didn't seem to mind at all. She is so beautiful and we hope you enjoy the pictures as much as we did.
